motor balap yang berlaga di MotoGP memiliki teknologi mesin masing-masing
kecuali teknologi yang telah di standarisasi oleh FIM.Teknologi mesin pada
pabrikan motor di MotoGP saat ini yang tercanggih dimiliki oleh dua pabrikan
yaitu Aprilia dan KTM.Kedua pabrikan ini telah menerapkan system Pneumatic
Valve pada mesinnya yang membuat performanya menjadi lebih sangar.

misalnya Exhaust buatan Akrapovic,Suspensi buatan Ohlins kecuali KTM yang
menggunakan WP Suspension.System pengereman (Brake System) menggunakan merk
ternama Brembo.Sedangkan untuk sitem elektroniknya menggunakan ECU dari Magneti
Marelli.
